Payment Terms

To begin work, we require an upfront payment of 20% of the total project cost. Payment milestones are as follows:

● Upfront Payment: 20% of total cost
● Midway Payment: 40% of total cost (due after 50% of the project is completed)
● Final Payment: 40% of total cost (due upon project completion)

If you have concerns about paying upfront, you can request a free demo. We will complete some initial work at no charge, allowing you to evaluate the quality before proceeding.

Project Timeline

We aim to deliver projects within 2 weeks. However, the timeline depends on the complexity of the project and may range from a few days to several months. Once you submit the project details, we will provide an exact timeframe.

Revisions and Support

we provide lifetime support for a small monthly fee, which includes tweaks and minor changes. If you do not opt for the monthly maintenance, you can request unlimited revisions until the project is completed to your satisfaction. Your satisfaction means a lot to us.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all project details confidential. We will not share your information without your permission.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the project, please notify as soon as possible. The upfront payment is non-refundable.
